In a 1:1 session with Kristi, you get her full attention, no curriculum to follow, no group to keep pace with. Just focused, faith-centered support on exactly what you’re carrying right now.
Kristi brings her training as a certified Christian counselor and her own lived experience of surviving divorce to every session. She won’t tell you to just move on. She won’t give you surface-level answers to deep questions. She will help you think clearly, process honestly, and figure out your next right step.

No. Kristi is a certified Christian counselor but private coaching sessions are not a substitute for licensed therapy or mental health treatment. If Kristi feels a different level of support would serve you better, she will tell you honestly.
Most women find 1-3 focused sessions gives them the clarity and tools they need to move forward with confidence. If ongoing support makes sense for your situation, Kristi will talk through what that looks like during your consultation call - no surprises.
