The DivorceCare Graduate's 90-Day Roadmap
What to Do When the Program Ends But the Healing Continues
You finished DivorceCare.
You showed up every week. You did the hard work.
And now… the program’s over.
No more Tuesday night check-ins. No more group discussions about how things have gone this week. No more prepared snacks waiting for you.
Maybe you feel proud. Maybe you feel lost.
Maybe you’re wondering: “Okay, I’m not in crisis anymore. But I’m not exactly living my best life yet either. So, now what? This is the part no one talks about.”
If you’re standing in the space after the crisis, after the class, and you’re staring at a foggy future this roadmap is for you.
Inside this free guide, you’ll get:
✓ A 3-phase roadmap for the next 90 days (Stabilize → Rebuild → Emerge)
✓ Action steps for each phase (so you’re not guessing what comes next)
✓ Reflection prompts to process as you go
✓ Red flags vs. green flags to know if you’re progressing or stuck
✓ Clear guidance on what to focus on right now (and what can wait)
This isn’t a checklist to rush through. It’s a guide to help you move forward at your pace.

What the 90-Day Roadmap Covers
The roadmap walks you through three phases designed specifically for the season you’re in right now.
Phase 1: Stabilize (Days 1-30) Get your footing back. This phase focuses on emotional regulation, building a simple daily rhythm and identifying who your safe people are.
Phase 2: Rebuild (Days 31-60) Start reconstructing your identity, boundaries and faith outside of who you were in your marriage.
Phase 3: Emerge (Days 61-90) Move from surviving to intentionally rebuilding your future — spiritually, practically and relationally.
